Job summary

Cognita Schools is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to ensure technology readiness for new schools, campus expansions and corporate transactions. You will coordinate across Development & Property, Corporate Development, our Technology Centres of Excellence, schools and delivery partners to deliver on time and within budget.

This is a coordination and delivery role rather than hands-on technical work, requiring strong governance, stakeholder management and global travel to align IT with

Qualifications

• PRINCE2, PMP or AgilePM certification required or equivalent.
• Experience delivering technology workstreams within capital projects (builds, expansions).
• Experience supporting technology due diligence, integration or separation in acquisitions/divestments.
• Ability to travel internationally and work across multiple time zones.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across IT, property and ops.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology delivery across capital projects from scoping to handover.
• Plan and align requirements, milestones and budgets with developers, designers and builders.
• Manage applications, infrastructure, network, security and end-user tech scope with contractors.
• Support post-acquisition integration and technology separation activities.
• Maintain governance, plans, KPIs and reporting within Cognita's delivery framework.
