Job summary

Meydan Free Zone in Dubai seeks a Senior IT Manager to lead cybersecurity, enterprise networking, and telephony/UC. You will own the security, resilience, and performance of IT and communications, manage vendors, budgets, and a technical team, and report to the Head of IT.

The role requires depth in security architecture, incident response, ISO 27001, and advanced networking certifications, with strong collaboration across senior management.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive IT experience with depth in cybersecurity, networking, and telephony/UC.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role building technical teams.
• Proven ownership of security architecture and incident response in mid-to-large enterprises.
• Experience with ISO 27001 or equivalent security management frameworks and audits.
• Certifications: CISSP or CISM; CCNP or CCIE; ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.

Responsibilities

• Own and strengthen cybersecurity posture across network, endpoints, cloud, and identity.
• Design and manage enterprise LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, cloud, and on-prem infrastructure.
• Oversee enterprise telephony, SIP, PBX/UC platforms, and vendor SLAs.
• Lead IT teams, manage budgets/contracts, and report to Head of IT and senior management.
