Job summary

Protiviti Middle East Member Firm seeks an experienced IT Audit professional to handle planning and execution of IT consulting engagements for government and telecom clients. You will engage with IT managers on ITIL, ISO 27001, COBIT and related frameworks, conduct meetings, and prepare reports.

You will also mentor junior staff and help identify business opportunities. The role requires 7+ years in IT consulting, strong understanding of governance frameworks, and ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of IT Consulting experience.
• Experience with IT governance, risk & controls in government or telecom sectors.
• Proficiency in standards such as ISO 27001, ITIL, COBIT.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute IT consulting assignments for government and telecom clients.
• Engage with IT managers and senior clients on ITIL, ISO 27001, COBIT, and related standards.
• Lead opening and exit client meetings and prepare consulting/review reports.
• Monitor engagements to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coach and train junior staff; identify business development opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with client personnel at all levels.
