Job summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced iOS Developer to join our Abu Dhabi team. The role demands 7+ years of hands-on iOS development, with strong expertise in Swift, iOS SDK, UIKit/SwiftUI, and delivering secure, scalable mobile banking solutions.

You will work with product owners, architects, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to build innovative digital banking applications, ensuring high performance and security across enterprise-grade mobile apps.

Qualifications

• 7+ years native iOS development experience.
• Strong Swift, Objective-C, UIKit/SwiftUI expertise.
• Experience with MVVM, MVC, VIPER or Clean Architecture.
• Banking/mobile fintech domain knowledge and secure coding awareness.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy native iOS apps using Swift and iOS SDK.
• Develop and maintain banking features such as accounts, payments, transfers, and onboarding.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Ensure secure coding practices and banking-grade security controls.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of apps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the SDLC.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Adhere to banking regulations and security standards.
