Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, finance, investment, banking, business administration or a related field.
• Arabic is desirable.
• French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑level technical assistance for investment project preparation and EU blending mechanisms.
• Support development of investment pipelines, project concepts or feasibility assessments.
• Coordinate with European and international financial institutions and liaise with public authorities and project promoters.
