Job summary

SearchPlus HR Consultancy is seeking an experienced Specialist or Consultant in Internal Medicine with a UK CCT to join a reputed UAE facility. You will deliver high-quality medical care to adults, manage complex cases, and ensure compliance with international standards and UAE regulations.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, evidence-based management, multidisciplinary coordination, and continuous professional development. A competitive package and visa support are offered.

Qualifications

• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Internal Medicine.
• UK CCT in General Internal Medicine or relevant specialty pathway.
• Experience aligning with UAE licensing authority requirements.
• Excellent diagnostic, clinical decision-making, communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid professional registration and good standing where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments, including patient histories, examinations and symptom evaluation to establish diagnoses.
• Diagnose, treat and manage a broad range of internal medicine conditions with evidence-based approaches.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and guidelines.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care with other specialists, nurses and allied professionals.
• Provide preventive care, health education and screening recommendations.
• Maintain accurate confidential medical records and treatment plans per UAE regulations.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement and continuing professional development.
