Job summary

Flip retail in Dubai is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor - Hospitality to join our finance team. The role focuses on governance, risk, and internal controls across hospitality operations, delivering end-to-end auditing from planning to reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in internal audit, holds CA/CIA/CPA/ACCA or similar, and proven hospitality experience. The position is full-time, on-site in Dubai, with a salary around AED 15,000 per month.

Qualifications

• CA/CIA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent qualified in internal audit
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in an internal audit function
• Hospitality sector experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of the yearly internal audit plan for the group
• Implement the annual audit strategy within agreed timelines
• Execute the full audit cycle from risk analysis to reporting and closure
• Communicate findings with management and agree on action plans
• Follow up on management actions and update the findings database
• Record audit procedures in line with the division's audit approach
• Test controls and identify gaps to mitigate risks
• Assess risk across Opcos and help prepare risk registers
• Assist in preparing plans, SOPs, and authority matrices
• Support governance, risk management, and internal controls improvements
