A leading professional services company is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor for its GCCII region. The candidate will develop audit plans, conduct reviews, and provide recommendations to improve control environments. Applicants should possess a degree in accounting or finance with a CPA or CIA qualification, along with a minimum of 8 years of audit experience in a multinational organization, ideally in construction. Strong communication skills in English and Arabic are essential, along with the ability to work independently and travel frequently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of internal audit experience in a multi-national services organization.
• Experience in financial and operational audits, preferably in construction.
• Ability to adapt to different environments and interact professionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review audit plans for the GCCII region.
• Conduct contract and business process reviews assessing risks and controls.
• Prepare audit reports and provide recommendations for control improvements.
• Discuss audit observations with Management at all levels.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic

Ability to work independently

Exposure to Oracle

Education
