Job summary

Masdar in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Internal Audit professional to lead and perform advisory and internal audit engagements as part of the annual plan. You will evaluate controls, promote efficiency, and reduce risk while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Responsibilities include planning, executing, and reporting on engagements from start to finish; developing risk and control matrices; guiding field teams; and delivering value through data analytics and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, management information systems or equivalent.
• CISA, CISSP, CIA, CRISC certifications are assets.
• Minimum 8 years in progressively senior auditing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical and non-technical assurance engagements from planning to reporting.
• Perform internal audit and advisory engagements covering process and IT controls.
• Use data analytics to identify patterns, trends and anomalies in data.
• Develop and review risk and control matrices (RCMs) for engagements.
• Review work papers and audit deliverables for quality and alignment with standards.
• Manage client relationships and ensure audit satisfaction goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with Masdar QAIP and IPPF Standards.
