We are seeking a Senior Internal Audit/Risk professional to manage a portfolio of client engagements, lead teams, and deliver high-quality assurance across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7–10+ years in Internal Audit/Risk Management in a UAE consulting firm.
• CIA, CISA, or CRMA qualification.
• Experience with UAE government and private sector clients.
• Strong English and Arabic communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Lead risk, compliance, and audit engagements from planning to close-out
• Act as fieldwork lead, overseeing teams and deliverables
• Monitor WIP, billing, and collections to minimize write-offs
• Contribute to training and development of execution team members
• Identify client needs and cross-sell relevant services
• Contribute to proposals and leverage the firm’s global network
• Understand and communicate the firm’s competitive advantage
• Oversee project delivery and practice management activities
• Ensure quality control and team review across engagements
