Job summary

Antal International in Dubai recruits for a reputed diversified Investment Group with real estate and manufacturing interests. The Director of Internal Audit leads risk assessments, planning, and manages the audit team, reporting to the Chief Internal Audit Officer.

The role requires 12–15 years total audit experience, at least 10+ years post-qualification, and 8 years in a managerial role; real estate or manufacturing exposure is preferred. Budget AED 55k–65k monthly plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have 12–15 years total work experience in Internal Audit.
• Post-qualification Internal Audit experience of 10+ years with at least 8 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in real estate OR manufacturing OR with a diversified large group of companies is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and manage Group Internal Audit staff in performing delegated tasks.
• Ensure staff acquire required skillsets and certifications through training and development.
• Direct, counsel and coach audit staff and review work for adequacy of scope.
• Develop and maintain relationships with executives and operating management.
• Plan and manage outsourced audits/engagements.
• Coordinate audit efforts with external auditors and Risk & Compliance functions.
