Job summary

A prominent design and construction firm in the UAE is seeking an experienced Project Manager. The ideal candidate will lead all phases of the fit-out project lifecycle and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project success. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, relevant experience in construction, and strong leadership skills. Familiarity with UAE construction practices is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in the construction or interior fit‑out industry.
• Minimum of 3 years in a Project Management role, overseeing full project lifecycles.
• UAE experience and familiarity with regional construction practices are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of the fit-out project lifecycle.
• Develop detailed project programs and ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress.
• Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation.

Project planning and scheduling (Primavera P6, MS Project)

Contracts and procurement

Cost control and budgeting

Risk management and quality assurance

Local authority regulations and approval processes

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Education
