Qualifications

• Minimum 8-12 years of experience as an Estimator.
• Ability to define more cost-efficient alternatives and manage budgets.
• Experience with Interior Fit-Out and Joinery pricing.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete quantity take-off and compare with tender quantities.
• Obtain and analyze prices, prepare material and labor cost estimations.
• Prepare project risk analysis and attend pre-bid meetings.

Skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Strong computer skills in MS Office, PlanSwift, and AutoCAD

Knowledge of fit-out suppliers

Specialized in hospitality projects

Education
