Senior Interior Designer – HOSPITALITY (Sharjah, UAE)

Salary: AED 25K – 30K (depending on experience)

I’m looking for a talented Senior Interior Designer to join a global architecture and interior design consultancy headquartered in Sharjah, UAE. They specialize in creating consumer-focused experiences across hospitality, retail, and commercial spaces.

What the role involves:

Leading projects from concept to completion, including design, renovations, furnishings, lighting, and color schemes

Translating client vision into tangible designs while keeping brand standards in mind

Preparing CAD drawings and storyboards

Coordinating with architects, contractors, and suppliers

Managing and coordinating interior marketing visuals and renderings

Managing budgets and timelines

Mentoring junior designers and staying on top of industry trends

Sourcing materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes

Requirements:

8–10 years’ experience, ideally in HOSPITALITY sector

Degree in Interior Design or Architecture

Experience with key hospitality operators

Strong team and client management skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator

Experience with projects in the UAE is highly valued
