Job summary

Client of AIQU seeks a Senior Integration Solution Architect to lead design and optimization of enterprise integration and automation solutions in the UAE. You will architect end-to-end integration across applications and cloud services, implement middleware platforms, and ensure security governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering.
• 7-9 years hands-on experience in integration architecture and automation engineering.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing APIs (RESTful/SOAP) and API management.
• Strong experience with enterprise middleware platforms and ESB technologies.
• Hands-on scripting and automation using Jenkins, Python, Shell.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices and version control.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in UAE or similar multicultural, regulated environments.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Integration Solution Architect Senior Integration amp Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team in the UAE In this role you will lead the design implementation and optimization of enterprise integration and automation solutions leveraging your deep expertise in APIs middleware platforms and automation tooling to drive seamless data flow and operational efficiency

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end integration solutions across applications systems and cloud services
• Lead automation initiatives to streamline business processes using CI CD pipelines scripting and enterprise automation tools
• Develop document and maintain RESTful and SOAP APIs API gateways and API management frameworks
• Implement and configure middleware platforms e.g MuleSoft Dell Boomi IBM App Connect TIBCO to support high-volume data exchange
• Collaborate with business analysts developers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
• Provide technical leadership mentoring and guidance to integration and automation teams
• Troubleshoot debug and resolve complex integration and performance issues
• Ensure solutions adhere to security governance and best practice standards
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 7-9 years of hands-on experience in integration architecture and automation engineering
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing APIs (RESTful/SOAP) and API management solutions
• Strong experience with enterprise middleware platforms and ESB technologies
• Hands-on proficiency with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Python, Shell)
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control systems
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in the UAE or similar multicultural, regulated environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Master s degree in a technical discipline or MBA with technology focus
• Certifications such as MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect, Dell Boomi Professional Developer, or IBM Certified Solution Architect
• Experience with cloud integration services on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, data governance, and compliance standards
