Job summary

Duruper is seeking an experienced E&I Inspector specializing in Instrumentation and Telecom, with strong industrial QA/QC experience. The role focuses on inspecting instrumentation installations, calibration, testing, loop checking, and power and control cable testing to ensure compliance with drawings, project specs, and safety requirements.

You will review ITPs and test reports, identify defects, coordinate corrective actions, and maintain thorough inspection records while coordinating

Qualifications

• Diploma with more than 12 years of industrial QA/QC experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with more than 10 years in industrial QA/QC; 4-year degree required.
• Qualification in instrumentation, electrical, electronics or telecoms.
• Strong experience in field installation, calibration, testing, and loop checks.
• Knowledge of hazardous-area requirements and equipment certification.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, ITPs, and procedures.
• Good documentation, reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
• Valid UAE/GCC driving license.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA/QC inspections of instrumentation, electrical, and telecom installations.
• Inspect field instrument installation, calibration, testing and loop checking.
• Verify electrical equipment installation and power/control cable testing.
• Check installations against drawings, specs, and project requirements.
• Ensure hazardous-area suitability and certification compliance.
• Review ITPs, method statements, checklists, and test reports.
• Identify defects, coordinate corrective actions, and verify closures.
• Maintain inspection records and calibration documents.
• Coordinate with construction teams and client representatives to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and project quality procedures.
