Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Engineer, Maintenance (Instrument & Control) to support ADNOC projects. Provides expert engineering support for ESD, DCS, PLCs, and related systems to ensure reliable operation within world-class standards.

Minimum 15+ years in EPC/Oil & Gas with 8+ years in maintenance of instrument & control systems; CMMS experience (SAP/Maximo) and strong troubleshooting and planning skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is a MUST.
• 15+ years in EPC/oil&gas with 8+ years in instrument & control maintenance.
• Experience in Gas Processing/NGL & EPC/Detail Engineering projects.
• Knowledge of CMMS (SAP/Maximo).
• Strong commissioning, operation and maintenance of control systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop scope of work for major instrument & control overhauls.
• Upgrade Maintenance procedures and prepare procedures for Control Systems.
• Maintain instrument section QMS for audits.
• Carry out root cause analysis and improve system performance.
• Monitor Alarm Management System and update plant model parameters.
• Provide technical support for SCADA, Fire & Gas, and DCS interfaces.
• Review spare parts and procurement requirements.
• Lead technical studies and risk assessments.
