Job summary

R&B Fashion seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure leader to manage and optimize enterprise infrastructure across on-premises, cloud (Azure/OCI), and Microsoft 365 environments. You will drive patching, monitoring, security controls, and DR/BC planning while overseeing identity services and remote access for global users.

You will lead modernisation initiatives, energy-efficient capacity planning, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of IT Infrastructure experience.
• 3–5 years in a Senior/Lead Infrastructure Administration role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Relevant professional certifications in infrastructure technologies (e.g., Windows Server/Azure, VMware, ITIL, Microsoft 365/Security).
• Cloud certifications in Azure or OCI are preferred.
• Backup, security, or networking certifications would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization’s enterprise infrastructure environment for availability and performance.
• Oversee compute, virtualization, and storage to monitor capacity and optimize resources.
• Administer identity, authentication, access, and directory services across enterprise systems.
• Lead patching, monitoring, security controls, compliance, and operational hardening.
• Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning and testing.
• Administer Microsoft 365 enterprise services, configuration, security, and user access.
• Manage cloud infrastructure across Azure and OCI, including migration and optimization.
• Ensure secure remote access and connectivity for users and applications.
• Provide L2/L3 support and coordinate with vendors for service delivery.
• Participate in infrastructure projects to identify automation and standardization opportunities.
