Job summary

Walker Lovell is looking for a Principal Infrastructure Engineer to lead the architecture and delivery of Kubernetes-based infrastructure in highly regulated environments. The role requires proven experience in managing complex, large-scale Kubernetes and GPU infrastructures.

You'll join a small elite team focused on some of the most demanding infrastructure challenges in sovereign AI. The compensation package is exceptional, reflecting seniority and technical impact, with a remote-first working model and occasional travel to Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Deep production Kubernetes expertise managing complex environments.
• Experience operating production GPU clusters and building secure CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
• Own production GPU platform operations and infrastructure reliability.
• Define Infrastructure-as-Code standards for disconnected deployment.
