Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics or related field; Master/PMP desirable.
• 12+ years project management experience in UAE/Middle East in Industrial Automation.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, and strong HSSE leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of industrial automation projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring safety, schedule and cost objectives.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams to manage technical, commercial and contractual aspects.
• Ensure P&L accountability and compliance with HSSE standards; drive continuous improvement across projects.
