Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting.
• Knowledge of UAE taxation laws is preferred.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL and payroll.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and present them to management.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Review all financial reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify areas for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.
