Allocation Assist is seeking a Consultant Adult Critical Care Physician to join a leading tertiary healthcare facility in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on expert management of critically ill adult patients within an internationally accredited multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• MBBS/Medical degree with specialization in Critical Care Medicine or related field.
• Board Certification (CCT, European/Facharzt/AB) or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of consultant-level critical care experience.
• Eligibility for licensing in Saudi Arabia is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill adult patients in ICU and critical care units.
• Lead treatment and stabilization of patients with complex medical and surgical conditions.
• Perform airway management, central line insertion, ventilator management, and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical and surgical teams.
• Participate in rapid response and emergency care management.
• Ensure evidence-based clinical practice and adherence to patient safety standards.
• Supervise junior physicians, residents, and ICU staff.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and CME activities.
