Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (MEA) is seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Functional Consultant to lead asset management transformations in Abu Dhabi. The role requires deep MAS knowledge and hands-on delivery across complex infrastructure projects.

The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, maintenance and operations teams, reliability engineers, and data specialists to implement scalable, AI-enabled asset management solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Enterprise Asset Management or consulting.
• 8+ years IBM Maximo functional consulting.
• Experience with MAS AI and MAS services.
• Experience in transportation/infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading workshops and end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead business discovery and requirement gathering with stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end Maximo functional solutions aligned with objectives.
• Prepare BRD, FDD, process maps, fit-gap assessments.
• Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, training, cutover readiness, and post-go-live support.
• Mentor consultants and coordinate with solution architects, tech and data teams.
