Job summary

WAHA AİR in Dubai seeks a Senior Sales Executive to drive business development for its HVAC project and implementation divisions, engaging with top-tier consultants, contractors and real estate developers across the UAE.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build strategic relationships, and coordinate with engineering teams to present tailored climate-control solutions, while staying ahead of market trends and competition.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of proven B2B sales experience in HVAC/MEP within UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, strong track record may substitute.
• Valid UAE driving license required.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure HVAC project opportunities across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors in Dubai and wider UAE.
• Build and manage relationships with MEP consultants, developers, architects, and main contractors.
• Oversee full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and post-sale support.
• Collaborate with engineering and estimation teams to tailor technical solutions.
• Monitor GCC market trends and competitor activities to position the company effectively.
