Job summary

A leading HVAC solutions provider in Sharjah is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer – Aftersales (Retrofit) to drive retrofit and service sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 7–10 years of experience in HVAC aftersales/service, including at least 5 years in retrofit sales within the Gulf region. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with customers and ensure full customer satisfaction while expanding the company's after-sales footprint in the region.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of HVAC aftersales/service experience.
• At least 5 years in retrofit and service sales in the Gulf region.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and secure retrofit projects for HVAC systems.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and cost estimates.
• Drive service revenue growth by expanding AMC contracts.
