Job summary

KBR in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior HSE Manager for a PMC assignment focused on gas processing and gas compression. The role requires deep expertise in complex natural-gas plants and related pipeline developments, with oversight across engineering, procurement, construction, and major utilities.

You will guide contractors on safe execution for onshore and offshore scopes and contribute to ADNOC-related projects, ensuring robust risk management and HSE performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of oil and gas industry experience.
• Experience in EPC, gas pipelines, NGL networks, and sour-gas treatment.
• Familiarity with ADNOC gas projects and both onshore and offshore work.

Responsibilities

• Apply senior HSE expertise to gas processing facilities, pipelines, and compression networks.
• Manage safety interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction and utilities.
• Review hazards from sour-gas treatment and high-risk gas operations.
• Guide contractors on safe execution across onshore and offshore scopes.
• Support risk management and HSE performance in ADNOC-related projects.
