Job summary

A leading well-being company in Dubai is seeking a Health and Safety professional with at least 6 years of experience, including 4 years in a large organization. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, preparing reports, and managing compliance with H&S regulations. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and NEBOSH IGC Certification are mandatory. This role ensures safety standards across operations while coordinating emergency response drills and training sessions.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• At least 4 years in Health and Safety department for a large diversified organization.
• NEBOSH IGC Certification is mandatory.
• Valid UAE car driving license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Health and Safety inspections at designated sites.
• Review contractor risk assessments and permit-to-work applications.
• Investigate reported near misses and accidents.
• Organise periodic Health and Safety committee meetings.
• Prepare monthly Health and Safety reports.
• Plan and conduct emergency response drills.
• Ensure implementation of H&S compliance requirements.
