Qualifications

• 3–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within HR consultancy or related sectors in the UAE.
• Experience selling into COOs, CFOs, HR, and Payroll roles.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promote HR consultancy services, including recruitment, outsourcing, training, payroll, and HR tech solutions.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and client engagement.
• Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
• Prepare and present customized proposals aligned with client needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for effective service delivery.
