Job summary

Job description

Manage the complete payroll lifecycle for assigned businesses in Landmark Hospitality:

  • Oversee data accuracy and integrity between Time & Attendance (T&A) system and payroll data in Oracle EBS/HCM
  • Reconcile T&A data with employee timesheets and attendance records
  • Analyse trends and patterns in T&A data for payroll optimization
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between T&A data and payroll calculations
  • Consolidation of payroll files and approvals

Perform all core payroll tasks, including:

  • Maintenance of employee payroll information in Oracle EBS/HCM
  • Ensure compliance with relevant GCC labour laws, pension regulations, gratuity & leave accruals
  • Participate in payroll system upgrades and implementation projects ie Oracle Payroll Cloud
  • Processing monthly payroll runs, including salary calculations, deductions, and additions.
  • Processing Full and Final settlements, leave salaries, Leave Travel Allowance as per labour law and any other payables as per Landmark policy
  • Preparing and issuing payslips
  • Managing payroll-related queries and issues
  • Generating reports on payroll data
  • Maintain accurate records of employee leave and absence management
Qualifications

Others:

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the same or similar capacity with a large company
  • Good understanding of HR Systems, knowledge on Oracle HCM, Oracle EBS payroll and Oracle Cloud payroll .
  • Good communication skills - (both written and spoken)
  • Very Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Good understanding of Local Laws and regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
