Job summary

Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Graphic Designer (Static Ads) based in the United Arab Emirates. This senior role focuses on creating high-performing static advertising for fast-growing e-commerce brands, translating briefs into multiple variations and delivering 9–10 polished composites daily.

You will use Photoshop as the main production tool, with Figma for layouts and collaboration, and AI tools to accelerate ideation while maintaining high craft.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience focused on advertising.
• Portfolio of shipped ads or conversion-focused visuals across brands.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality static advertising creatives with strong typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and layouts to capture attention and communicate messages quickly.
• Translate briefs and brand guidelines into multiple variations for rapid testing across e-commerce brands and categories.
• Use Photoshop as primary production tool for compositing, typography, retouching, and fast creative execution; leverage Figma for layouts and feedback.
• Incorporate AI tools extensively to ideate, explore visual styles, generate variations, and improve production efficiency while maintaining craft.
• Produce approximately 9-10 approved composites per day balancing speed, accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, simplify concepts, and focus on elements driving attention and performance.
• Bring a senior creative perspective to concept development, challenging safe executions and proposing stronger directions.
• Maintain organized, production-ready design files with attention to detail and file hygiene.
• Communicate timelines, blockers, priorities, and tradeoffs via Slack and email.
• Meet weekly performance targets while preserving high quality and reducing revisions.
• Progress toward 30-, 60-, 90-day performance expectations including full production capacity and brand launches.
