Job summary

The Vault in Dubai is seeking a senior Go/React engineer to build end-to-end features across Go backend and React frontend. You will design backend services using DDD patterns, implement data models in PostgreSQL, and own REST APIs and admin UI flows.

You should have 5+ years of production systems experience with Go and React, strong PostgreSQL and GORM skills, and a disciplined approach to testing and AI-assisted development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production systems with Go and React.
• Strong backend fundamentals: concurrency, APIs, reliability, debugging.
• Hands-on with DDD: model domains and maintain boundaries.
• Strong PostgreSQL skills: schema design, indexing, migrations.
• Experience with GORM (or similar ORM) and SQL when needed.
• Frontend proficiency in React (TypeScript preferred) with admin UIs.
• Good testing discipline (Go tests and integration tests; frontend testing basics).
• Required daily use of AI coding tools with disciplined verification.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end product features across Go backend and React frontend.
• Design backend services using DDD patterns (bounded contexts, aggregates, domain events).
• Implement data models and migrations on PostgreSQL, using GORM where appropriate.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and webhooks/event-driven workflows.
• Implement frontend flows in React (TypeScript preferred): dashboards, admin workflows, status lifecycles, audit views.
• Ensure correctness and observability: structured logging, metrics, tracing, and production-ready error handling.
• Contribute to security fundamentals: RBAC, least-privilege access, safe secrets handling, and audit trails.
• Own quality: unit/integration tests, contract tests, and CI pipelines.
• AI-assisted development: use Cursor/Copilot daily to accelerate delivery while verifying outputs.
