Qualifications

• 3+ years of Go development with concurrency, memory, and GC understanding.
• Experience designing high-concurrency, low-latency systems and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with messaging middlewares: Aeron, Kafka, Redis Streams.
• Strong engineering discipline with maintainable code and thorough reviews.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trading tool modules, including strategies and bots.
• Design scalable and reliable trading tool engines.
• Participate in technical and code reviews.
• Build observability infrastructure: monitoring, alerting, tracing, logging.
• Contribute to production incident investigations and post-mortems.
• Own code quality and reliability for production services; ensure stability and performance.
