A leading international engineering firm is seeking a Procurement Manager for their Dubai projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 10 years of relevant experience, and expertise in EPC projects over USD50M. Responsibilities include managing procurement plans, vendor selection, and ensuring compliance with contracts. Qualifications

• Overall 10 years experience in work related field.
• Experience in EPC Projects above USD50M with ADNOC (or equivalent) is a must.
• Previous experience in large Oil & Gas Projects is required.
• High mobility and willingness to travel between home base office and the Project site.
• Previous experience in leading and managing a team of a minimum of 6 people.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and any other related software.

Responsibilities

• Establish the Procurement Plan with the Project Manager.
• Organize and execute Procurement activities.
• Manage the Project Procurement Plan and Tracking Schedule.
• Conclude Vendor selections based on criteria.
• Implement procurement strategies to meet cost savings targets.
• Ensure compliance with Procurement Procedures and Client requirements.
