Job summary

Binance is seeking a Senior Global Financial Crime Counsel to serve as the primary legal expert across sanctions, AML/CFT, anti-bribery and corruption, fraud, and market integrity. You will provide authoritative advice, manage regulatory relationships, and help shape Binance's global legal strategy on financial crime.

You will collaborate with compliance, investigations, and product teams worldwide, review new offerings for risk, oversee external counsel, and train stakeholders on evolving

Qualifications

• Qualified attorney with 10+ years in financial crime law across sanctions, AML/CFT, and related disciplines.
• Deep technical expertise in sanctions, AML/CFT frameworks, and regulatory regimes.
• Experience engaging with regulators and law enforcement on financial crime matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead legal counsel across financial crime disciplines including sanctions, AML/CFT, ABC, fraud, and market abuse.
• Advise on financial crime risks from Binance's products and services across jurisdictions.
• Liaise with regulators, law enforcement, and FIUs on financial crime matters.
• Lead responses to regulatory inquiries, investigations, enforcement actions, and disclosures.
• Oversee engagement with external counsel on financial crime matters globally.
• Develop and maintain financial crime policies, frameworks, and guidance.
