Job summary

AceNet Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of software engineering experience. You will design, develop, and support enterprise-grade digital platforms across Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, React, and cloud-native microservices.

You will lead architecture discussions, technical reviews, and mentoring across teams. Key responsibilities include building scalable back-end services, creating reusable UI components, and ensuring secure coding practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in full-stack development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable, enterprise-grade full-stack applications.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and delivery plans.
• Build reusable UI components and design systems (Tailwind CSS, Radix, or ShadCN).
• Develop backend services and microservices using Java/Spring Boot, Node.js/NestJS/Express.js.
• Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration layers.
• Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, logging, and secure coding practices.
• Model and persist data using PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL; optimize SQL performance.
• Build cloud-native solutions with Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift/Helm and API-first design.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins; implement monitoring and health checks.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, Cybersecurity, Infra, and Release teams.
• Create technical docs, API specs, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Adopt AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity while ensuring security and compliance.
