Job summary

Salt in Abu Dhabi is seeking experienced full-stack engineers to build modern enterprise products that replace fragmented email, spreadsheet and form-based workflows. This is not frontend-only; you will own the user experience while understanding backend APIs, data models, security and production operations.

You will own features from dashboards to multi-step interactions, integrate frontend with enterprise systems, implement secure RBAC, and participate in tests, CI/CD, and production support.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software-engineering experience.
• Strong React and TypeScript experience, or equivalent depth in another modern framework.
• Experience shipping complete production applications.
• Complex frontend state management and asynchronous interactions.
• Relational database fundamentals.
• Authentication, authorization and secure application design.
• Cloud-native development and CI/CD.
• Strong product judgment.

Responsibilities

• Build modern production web applications.
