The ideal candidate has 7+ years of professional software development with strong PHP/Laravel skills, DB mastery, and hands‑on experience building scalable, secure systems. UAE experience not mandatory but welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality web applications using PHP/Laravel.

• Develop and maintain controllers, models, services, migrations, jobs, and Laravel components.
• Develop and optimize database relationships and queries.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and secure access controls.
• Collaborate with product and management to translate requirements into experiences.
• Ensure security, reliability, scalability, and performance across modules.
• Participate in architecture and technical decision‑making.
• Mentor junior developers and maintain code quality.
• Work across ERP, SaaS, CRM, HR, and other business applications.
