Job summary

Raqmiyat, a UAE-based IT and digital transformation company, seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and modernize enterprise-grade platforms. You will lead across frontend, backend, integration, cloud-native deployment, and DevOps, translating business needs into secure, scalable solutions.

This remote role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, mentoring teams, establishing reusable standards, and contributing to architecture governance throughout the software

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, SWE, IT or related.
• 10+ years software engineering experience with at least 5 years delivering full stack apps.
• Proven delivery of enterprise-scale, high-availability platforms.
• Hands-on cloud-native and microservices-based solutions.
• Experience leading technical delivery and mentoring in Agile environments.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Must have mobile app development experience; responsive apps experience a plus.
• CMS experience is a plus.
