Job summary

SupportYourApp is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a healthcare technology platform used by clinics for scheduling, records, invoicing, and more. You will ship features end to end, own production health, and build AI-powered capabilities that help clinic staff work smarter.

Expect to lead features in Django/DRF, PostgreSQL, React/TypeScript, and to mentor others while maintaining high-quality code and secure, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Python/Django and PostgreSQL experience.
• Hands-on AWS (ECS/RDS) experience.
• Strong React experience.
• Experience building AI/LLMs into products.
• Fluent English written and spoken (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Develop features end-to-end from backend to frontend.
• Maintain production health and incident response.
• Build AI-powered capabilities and data residency.
• Mentor junior developers and review code.
• Collaborate with clinics and stakeholders to refine requirements.
