Job summary

Design and deliver enterprise-grade features using Java, React, APIs, and cloud services. You will build AI-powered workflows that automate coding, testing, debugging, and code reviews while mentoring peers to raise engineering velocity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack software engineering with strong Java and React experience.
• Experience building and shipping enterprise SaaS applications.
• Hands-on user of modern AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and cloud development.
• Product mindset with excellent ownership and communication skills.
• Passion for experimenting with new AI technologies and improving engineering productivity.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise-grade features across Java, React, APIs, and cloud services.
• Build AI-powered development workflows that automate coding, testing, debugging, and code reviews.
• Own features from design through production with a strong focus on quality and customer experience.
• Mentor other engineers by sharing reusable AI workflows, tools, and best practices.
• Continuously improve engineering velocity through automation and AI.
