Job summary

Paires is hiring a Design Engineer to own frontend, building the founder-facing product, internal platform, and soon investor-facing portal. You will shape UI with a senior team, collaborating closely with an expert designer and reporting to the co-founders.

Expect to ship production React and Next.js interfaces used by real users, with Tailwind and Supabase on the frontend. You will also extend to full-stack tasks when needed, delivering polished, data-dense dashboards and AI-native surfaces.
