Job summary

Stellar Technologies is seeking a Frontend Lead Developer to guide our UI architecture using Angular and TypeScript in Abu Dhabi. You will lead a frontend team and collaborate with design, backend, DevOps, and QA to deliver scalable web apps.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years frontend experience, 5+ years Angular 8+, strong HTML5/CSS3/SCSS, RxJS, Angular CLI, NgRx, and proven leadership in Agile teams with CI/CD and testing (Jasmine/Karma/Jest).

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in front-end development.
• 5+ years of hands-on Angular 8+ and TypeScript experience.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Deep understanding of RxJS, Angular CLI, and Forms (Template-driven and Reactive).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Expertise in frontend build tools, module bundlers, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven leadership in leading frontend teams and large-scale UI projects.
• Experience with Jasmine, Karma, or Jest for unit testing.
• Familiarity with NgRx or similar state management.
• Experience in performance tuning, security, and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise front-end apps.
• Architect and maintain scalable Angular applications.
• Collaborate with designers, backend, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Mentor and guide frontend engineers with code reviews and leadership.
• Translate business requirements into responsive UI implementations.
• Optimize performance, ensure responsiveness, and enforce best practices.
• Define and enforce code standards, architecture guidelines, and workflows.
• Participate in planning, estimation, and sprint management in Agile/Scrum.
