Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) seeks a Senior Frontend Developer to build highly secure, performant, and intuitive UIs for our digital banking apps. You will be a core contributor in an Agile team, owning complex UI features and upholding frontend technical excellence across the stack.

The role emphasizes Angular as the primary framework with React as a secondary skill, focusing on robust state management, responsive design, and secure data handling in a banking environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Angular and React with hands-on experience in modern frontend tech stacks.
• Solid understanding of state management (NgRx/Redux) and component libraries.
• Strong CSS skills with Tailwind CSS, SASS/SCSS, and responsive design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Angular (primary) and React (secondary).
• Translate designs into pixel-perfect interfaces with modern styling frameworks.
• Integrate frontend with RESTful APIs and manage data flow with robust state handling.
• Improve performance focusing on Core Web Vitals and ensure secure data handling.
• Lead or participate in automated testing (unit and E2E) with Jest/Cypress.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews; contribute to BFF with Node.js/NestJS when needed.
