Job summary

A leading recruitment services firm in the United Arab Emirates is looking for a professional to provide operational and administrative support to the Free Zone Operations Department. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration and a minimum of 2–4 years in Free Zone operations or regulatory administration. Familiarity with compliance regulations such as UBO, AML, and FATF is highly desirable. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Free Zone operations or regulatory administration.
• Familiarity with UBO, AML, FATF, and ESR regulations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to Free Zone Operations.
• Manage registration and service requests via online portal.
• Liaise with clients to ensure timely submission of documents.
• Coordinate cross governmental projects as assigned.
