The Greater Change is building a high-performance Super App in Dubai that blends fintech, identity, and ambient AI. We seek a Senior Mobile Systems Engineer who can architect a scalable Flutter codebase, orchestrate multiple mini-apps, and drive AI-powered UI patterns across the stack.

You will own backend/API design and mobile-ops, including security, offline-first strategies, and OTA updates, while delivering a seamless, voice-enabled user experience across platforms.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Flutter mobile development with high-performance UI and architecture.
• Strong backend integration skills with Python/Node.js and API design.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, KYC workflows and payment integrations.

Responsabilités

• Architect and maintain a scalable Flutter codebase hosting multiple mini-apps (Fintech, Lifestyle, Identity).
• Implement SSO, MFA, and tiered KYC workflows and multi-provider payments.
• Design agentic UI using TTS/STT, GenUI, and low-latency AI interfaces.
• Develop secure, high-concurrency backend APIs and real-time state management.
• Ensure 60fps+ performance with AI/media processing and secure data handling.
