Job summary

Seer Solutions in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks an Advanced Solution Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, JLT. You will drive modern architecture, microservices, and secure API development in a FinTech context.

Responsibilities include building services with C#, ASP.NET Core, REST/gRPC, SQL Server, and message-based integration, while ensuring performance, observability, and scalable design. 8–10 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
• 8-10 years of professional software development experience.
• FinTech, digital wallet, payment, remittance or banking domain experience.
• Experience leading small technical streams or acting as a senior contributor to a team.
• Experience in database design/review, performance tuning, and production troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Strong C#, ASP.NET Core (.NET 6/7/8), Web API development.
• Hands-on microservices development using REST/gRPC and API Gateway patterns.
• Strong SQL Server skills (stored procedures, query tuning, indexing, and troubleshooting).
• Experience with EF Core, clean/layered architecture, and design patterns.
• Practical experience with RabbitMQ/MassTransit or similar message-based integration.
• Redis/distributed caching, Docker and Linux basics.
• Secure API development: JWT/OAuth2, encryption basics.
• FinTech, digital wallet, payment, remittance or banking domain experience.
