Job summary

AHS, a Dubai-based luxury real estate and investment group, seeks a Financial Controller to strengthen the financial foundation of the business. You will lead reporting, controls, and month-end processes while partnering with senior leadership to drive precise and insightful financial decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 7–10 years of experience in financial controlling or accounting, and strong hands-on expertise in ERP systems and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of experience in financial controlling or accounting, with strong hands-on experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP or accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards, tax compliance, and internal controls.
• Experience supporting senior leadership, external auditors, tax advisors, and investors.
• CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee general ledger accuracy, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial performance against forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Partner with leadership to support audits, reporting, and financial decision-making.
