Job summary

A leading power generation company in Dubai seeks an experienced professional to oversee critical equipment outages, ensuring safe and high-quality execution. The role requires a minimum of 10 years in Operations and Maintenance of Power Plants, with expertise in Steam and Gas Turbines being highly desirable. Key responsibilities include managing outage teams, pre-planning strategies, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and possesses strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Operations and Maintenance of Power Plants.
• Engineering/Outage Execution experience with OEM is a plus.
• Experience in outage management and execution of Steam & Gas Turbines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on critical equipment and lead outages.
• Manage the team’s daily work scope and evaluate performance.
• Oversee execution of outages and monitor daily progress.
• Conduct pre-outage planning in advance.
• Ensure quality control inspections are carried out.
