Qualifikationen

• Experience in FATCA/CRS compliance within a UAE financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of FATCA, CRS, and UAE reporting frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with tax documentation review and customer classification.
• Good understanding of KYC/CDD processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Classify customers for FATCA and CRS during onboarding and ongoing processes.
• Review and validate tax documentation, including W-8 and W-9 forms.
• Identify and address US indicia and changes in circumstances.
• Prepare and submit annual FATCA and CRS reports through the UAE Ministry of Finance portal.
• Perform data quality checks and manage account remediation.
• Maintain FATCA and CRS policies and procedures.
• Advise and train staff on FATCA and CRS requirements.
• Conduct quality checks and report results to senior management.
• Support reviews by regulators and auditors.
• Stay updated with changes in FATCA, CRS, and UAE regulations.
