Job summary

A food manufacturing company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Factory Manager to oversee daily operations in mayonnaise and sauces production. Qualifications

• 10 years experience in food manufacturing, with leadership experience of at least 5 years.
• Strong background in sauces, mayonnaise, dressings, condiments or emulsified products.
• Solid knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end factory operations including production and quality control.
• Implement and maintain food safety systems like HACCP.
• Manage staffing and drive a culture of improvement.
